Hailing from the outskirts of Detroit, Digital Love is a cutting-edge, female-fronted band that combines the hopping rhythms, synthy musings and catchy melodies of electropop with the warmth and intensity of guitar-driven rock. Digital Love was formed in 2011 out of the ashes of two established and acclaimed bands, both of which have performed key opening slots for national acts and have received radio airplay. Despite its young age, Digital Love combines the talents of four experienced musicians into one sensational pop quartet. Lead vocalist Brandi Bridges delivers her passionate, Blondie-inspired vocals, over tight dance beats and snappy synth lines, while guitarist Marc Czygan shreds his Van Halen-esque leads with flawless precision. The music can only be described as “dance-friendly” and always inspires movement on the floor. Yet, quite contrary to the current trend of disposable bubble-gum pop extant today, Digital Love brings good musicianship and virtuosity into the mix. This ability to transcend the typical restraints found in contemporary pop music allows Digital Love to appeal to a broader demographic of music fans.
